Titanium internally threaded 3 Ball Chain Drop by Zura.
 
The 3 ball chain drop has an 8mm curved bar at the top and the longest of the chains is 7mm long. 1.2mm gauge with 0.9mm thread.

Available in Mirror Polish Titanium or Gold Titanium.
